Grilled Cheddar, Ham, and Apple Sandwich
Best Grains 80-Calorie Multigrain Bread

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Aunt Millie’s Best Grains 80-Calorie Multigrain Bread
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • ½ c. mango chutney
  • 8 slices smoked deli ham
  • ½ granny smith apple, sliced
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Yield: 8 servings

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill pan or panini press.
  2. Spread each slice of bread with some butter. Spread mango chutney on opposite side of 4 slices.
  3. Top 4 pieces of bread with 2 slices of ham, cheese, and a couple apple slices. Top with remaining bread slices to make a sandwich, buttered sides out.
  4. Grill sandwiches over moderate heat until toasted and brown.
