Ingredients:

  • 1 package Johnsonville Stadium White Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Coleslaw mix (optional)

Yield: 4 Sandwiches

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently combine ground beef, all ingredients, and shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.
  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with desired amount of coleslaw mix.
