BBQ Ranch Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Johnsonville Stadium White Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's
  • 1 ½ lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • ½ c. BBQ sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Yield: 4 Sandwiches

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently combine ground beef, sausage, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing, and shape into 8 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side, topping with cheese the last few minutes of cooking. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.
  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with desired amount of bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing.
