Ingredients:

  • 1 package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • ¼ c. red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz. fat free feta cheese
  • ¼ c. Newman’s Own Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing
  • ¼ c. cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red Onion

Yield: 4 Sandwiches

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently combine ground turkey, red pepper, parmesan cheese, feta cheese, olive oil and vinegar dressing, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.
  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with desired amount of lettuce, tomato and red onion.
