Ingredients:

  • 1 slice Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 radish, sliced thin
  • 1 hard or soft-boiled egg, your preference
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped chived

Yield: 1 serving

Directions:

  1. Toast bread in toaster.
  2. Layer with avocado, radish, egg, black pepper and chive.
