Spinach Artichoke Dip
Healthy Goodness Potato Bread


  • 1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, squeezed of excess moisture
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
Yield: 24 servings


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Spoon into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges turn brown.

  • Directions:

    1. Place slices on a baking sheet and place into a 350 degree preheated oven.
    2. Bake for 15 minutes, turning half-way through banking.
    3. Cut pieces crosswise, forming triangles.
