Ham, Brie, and Apple Tea Sandwiches
Butter Top Wheat Bread


  • 8 slices Aunt Millie’s Butter Top Wheat Bread
  • ½ c. butter
  • ¼ c. mustard
  • ½ lb. deli ham
  • ¼ lb. brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced

Yield: 12 servings


  1. Combine butter and mustard, and spread on each slice of bread.
  2. Cut off the crusts from each slice of bread.
  3. Divide the ham, brie, and apple between 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining 4 slices of bread.
  4. Cut each sandwich into 3 fingers and serve.
