Our bakery in Lowell, Indiana, began production in 2017. Here, we produce hamburger and hot dog buns under the Aunt Millie’s label and other brands. This high-speed bakery features modern equipment, including a 150-horsepower mixer, and produces 1,160 units of buns per minute—or 69,600 per hour!



We operate three bakeries in Michigan, all of which are BRC certified. Our Jackson Bakery can produce 160 loaves of bread per minute, including dozens of varieties like Aunt Millie’s Homestyle and Split Top.

Our Kalamazoo Bakery is capable of baking both breads and buns, delivering flexibility to meet the needs of our retailers.

At our Plymouth Bakery, we produce our famous hamburger and hot dog buns.

Joining Aunt Millie’s family in 1995, our Sidney Bakery is located 25 miles north of Dayton. It houses our fastest production lines, producing 6,600 bun 8-packs per hour on three different lines.
