Raspberry Walnut Chicken Salad
Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices Aunt Millie's Healthy Goodness Honey Wheat Bread
  • 1lb cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. lite Raspberry Walnut salad dressing
  • 1 ½ tsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 3oz package chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raspberries (Craisins work well also)

Yield: 6 sandwiches

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and salad dressing together
  2. Add to cooked chicken and mix together
  3. Stir in onions and walnuts
  4. Gently stir in raspberries
  5. Spread on bread
