Ingredients:
4 Aunt Millie's Healthy Goodness Honey Wheat Tea Rolls
2 (4 oz.) cans shrimp
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dill relish
1 cup baby spinach leaves
Yield
: 4 Sandwiches
Directions:
Gently mix together the shrimp, ketchup, mayonnaise and dill relish, being careful not to break up the shrimp.
Slice the tea rolls in half.
Divide the mixture between the 4 dinner rolls and top with spinach leaves.
Top with the other half of the dinner roll.
