Aunt Millie’s uses only the highest quality, Kosher-approved ingredients. All fats and oils are vegetable-based. This includes functional fats such as monoglycerides and sodium stearoyl lactylate. Aunt Millie’s baked goods contain all natural enzymes isolated from cereal, fungal, and bacterial sources. Honey is also present in several of Aunt Millie’s items.
All of Aunt Millie’s buns, bagels, and English muffins are dairy-free, making them Kosher Pareve. Some bread varieties require dairy products, such as nonfat dry milk, buttermilk, and whey, to achieve maximum flavor and texture.
