Official Rules for the Favorite Aunt Contest

  1. No purchase necessary.
  2. A brief essay describing “why my favorite aunt means a lot to me” may be submitted online at AuntMillies.com.
  3. Entries will be accepted until midnight on March 4, 2010.
  4. Only one entry per household.
  5. The contest is open to residents of IL, IN, KY, MI, and OH, 13 years of age or older, except employees of Aunt Millie's Bakeries, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, independent judging firms and their family members and/or those living in the same household.
  6. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.
  7. Contest will be judged by a committee whose decisions are final.
  8. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  9. The grand prize is as follows:
    1. Flowers delivered to the winning aunt on March 8, 2010.
    2. 104 coupons for a free loaf of Aunt Millie’s Bread, any variety, delivered to the winning aunt on March 8, 2010. Coupons will expire March 15, 2011. Delivery may be made in person by an Aunt Millie's Bakeries representative, or by a delivery service.
    3. 104 coupons for a free loaf of Aunt Millie’s Bread, any variety, delivered to the contest entrant by mail on or about March 8, 2010. Coupons will expire March 15, 2011.
  10. All federal, state and local taxes are the winners’ sole responsibilities.
  11. Contest entry constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name and/or likeness and essay for advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Entries may be featured on the Aunt Millie’s website.
  12. Winner will be notified by phone.
  13. The name of the winner will be available on the Aunt Millie’s website, or may be obtained after March 8, 2010 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winner, Favorite Aunt Contest, Aunt Millie's Bakeries, 350 Pearl St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
